Version 1.0 · Effective 25 October 2026

1. Who we are

Vital Shifts Practice is a coaching, facilitation and training practice based in Singapore, run by Meenakshi Sarup. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Vital Shifts Practice.

This policy covers personal data we collect through vitalshiftspractice.com, our workshop registration form, our emails, and the coaching, workshops and programmes we deliver.

2. What we collect

We only collect what we need. Depending on how you deal with us, this may include:

3. How we use it

We will not use your personal data for any other purpose without telling you and, where needed, asking for your consent.

4. Marketing emails

Our registration form asks whether you would like to receive occasional emails from Vital Shifts Practice about workshops, programmes and ideas. Nothing is pre-selected, and answering “No” has no effect on your registration.

If you say yes, you can change your mind at any time. Use the unsubscribe line in any email, or write to privacy@vitalshiftspractice.com. We will act on your request within 10 business days.

We keep a minimal record of your email address after you unsubscribe, only so that you are never added back by mistake.

We do not send marketing by WhatsApp or SMS, and we never sell or rent your personal data.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the practice. They process personal data on our behalf and only for these purposes:

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it. We do not share your data with anyone else.

6. Data stored overseas

Some of these providers may store or process data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we rely on providers that are bound to protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

7. How long we keep it

When we no longer need personal data for these purposes, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. How we protect it

If a data breach occurs that is likely to cause you significant harm, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission as the PDPA requires.

9. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you can ask us to:

Write to privacy@vitalshiftspractice.com. We will reply within 30 days. If we need longer, we will tell you when to expect a full reply.

If you withdraw consent for something we need to deliver a service, such as your email address for a booked session, we will explain what that means before acting on it.

10. This website

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics that identify you. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers when you visit.

Our registration form is hosted by Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft’s own privacy terms also apply when you use it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version number and effective date at the top of this page show when it last changed. We keep a copy of each version.
